- Highly recommended if you're struggling with wax buildup. My ear has been fully congested for 5 days. In and out within 15 minutes.
- Lisa was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable during my consultation and hearing test. She made me feel very comfortable asking questions. The reception staff was super friendly and welcoming. The products are high end with a great warranty.
- I decided to get custom ear plugs for sleeping. Staff were great taking the moulds. I picked them up yesterday and slept great with them. It was a bit hard getting them out this morning as they have a perfect seal. The db rating is better than the standard plugs and cylinders (29db). Would recommend this store and am happy I decided to go with custom plugs. No more waking up and looking for plugs that fell out during the night!
